What should I Wear?

Wear loose fitting athletic clothes you are comfortable in and we usually train barefoot.

What should i bring to Class?

Bring a water bottle and a change of clothes for after.

How should I prepare for class?

Eat light before you work out. We suggest a small to medium size apple 60 minutes before and drink a glass of water 30 minutes before.
